Shipping for UAE Customers

Antonio is offering absolutely FREE shipping to all of our UAE customers within 1 – 5 working days from the date of online purchase order. Our Delivery Company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience.
** We offer Delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter then we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office or contact us for more details.

Cash on Delivery Service – Inside UAE only

Please note that there will be an additional charge for Cash on Delivery service which will be added to the shipping/invoice fee.
Additional charges for Cash on Delivery service to all UAE are: 30 – 40 AED

Shipping for GCC and Worldwide Customers

For all GCC countries and all countries of the world, the cost of shipping depends on the weight of the products and the shipping distance. Therefore, the shipping cost will be added to the invoices/customers’ accounts according to the weight and distance shown in the purchase order.
All orders outside the United Arab Emirates will take 3-5 working days to be delivered to the address shown in the purchase invoice. A shipping tracking number will be provided for all orders upon customer request.
** All orders will be shipped via various shipping companies due to locations and timing constraints, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

When will the products arrive?

We will deliver your order within one to five working days after:
• Confirmation of receipt of payment in case of payment by Visa or MasterCard.
• Once the order has been confirmed by clicking on the link in the text message (or by telephone) if Cash on Delivery is selected as the preferred payment method.

After that you will not need to wait too long; the shipping company or (Antonio Trading Company representative) will contact you at the registered telephone number to coordinate with you on when you will receive the shipment. It is important to respond to incoming calls to your phone so that the shipping agent can coordinate with you on the date and time of delivery.
Please note that official business days at the company are from Saturday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays, holidays and public holidays.

You can Use your shipment tracking number via the shipping company’s website to follow up on the status of the shipment directly, or to know the current status of the shipment and the expected time of delivery.
If you do not find a tracking number, you will find the mobile number of the shipping company agent who is responsible for the delivery. The agent will contact you to coordinate the delivery time to your home. You can also access your own account on the Antonio Trading website to follow up the status of the order.
