RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our primary goal in Antony is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services provided through our online store. Cancellation Policy:

We appreciate that sometimes you may change your opinion about the products you have purchased. If this happens before you receive the products, please contact our customer service team at + 971600560008 to cancel the order and we will make all reasonable efforts to cancel it, as long as it has not yet been implemented.
If the order is already executed, the cancellation will be treated as a return/refund case. Please refer to the Return/Refund section below for further information.

Replacement/Exchange Policy:

All requests for exchange or replacement must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase/receipt of the goods.
Products that are eligible for replacement or return must be in their original packaging with all parts, brochures, etc., and in their new unused condition, in addition to the purchase invoice or delivery receipt.

The following products are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Products sold with discounts and promotions.
  • Products were replaced before.

If the product is not in the original packaging, or if there is any damage to the packaging, 10% restocking fee will be charged from the customer’s account. In case of any damages or changes in the original product condition, no exchange or return is accepted.

You can replace products in one of the following ways:

  • By courier: You can request a return of purchases through the website, and the customer service team will arrange the receipt in coordination with our courier service provider and shipping charges will be deducted from the customer account. The replacement products will be received within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of the original product from the shipping company.
  • In our branches: UAE customers can visit one of our branches to replace products, but in this case it is mandatory to inform us two days before the visit to verify the availability of the product to be replaced by the sold product.
  • In all delivery cases, the customer will pay the shipping fees to return the replaced products.

In case of there is a difference in the prices of the replaced products, the following points will be considered. If you have made the payment of the order:

  • By credit / debit card: we will carry out the replacement process and then accept or refund agreed amounts to your account on your website / bank account. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for refunds to appear in your account due to discrepancies in the times it takes to process payment providers.
  • Cash on Delivery: We will carry out the replacement process and then accept or refund agreed amounts in cash in the replaced branch. Or you can send it to us by shipping company and after confirming the products, the agreed amounts will be accepted or refunded to your account on your website / bank account.

Refund Policy:

We would like our customers to be very happy when purchasing from our online store. In any other cases, our customers within the UAE can return the product within 3 days of receiving the products, adding your notes and comments. Your satisfaction is our goal.
